2017 NATAS National High School SPA Nominees

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences in New York is proud to announce its nominees for the 2017 National High School Student Production Awards!

The NATAS National High School Student Production Awards recognize outstanding achievement in video production. The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences promotes excellence by showcasing work created by high school students in news, craft and programming categories.

Over 200 young professionals, culled from 19 regional chapters of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, were successfully narrowed down from a record breaking 1,500 entries, by judges selected from industry professionals to university professors, to advance to the national competition.

High school winners have gone on to participate in academy events, while many participating students have even secured work in the highly competitive industry of entertainment production, shortly after graduation. In fact, many are now professional Emmy® Award recipients.
