In January, 2011…. KELO-TV Chief Photojournalist Kevin Kjergaard shared his Emmy-winning entry “Dominic Moore’s Wish” at a workshop in Sioux Falls, SD. A story of a South Dakota teen who’s dying wish was to get a a professional picture of him to give his mother.
